The Duck House is in an idyllic position, overlooking the golf course and the duck pond at the back of the lodge. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4 and a travel cot) the spacious living accommodation is arranged over 2 floors. The open plan kitchen dining area is downstairs, with the twin bedroom and a shower room then upstairs is a light and airy lounge with a balcony to appreciate the beautiful views. The main bedroom is off the lounge with an ensuite shower room. To the rear of the lodge is a covered veranda where the hot tub looks out onto the golf course. There is a dining area outside. There are 2 conveniently located parking spaces just outside the property - if additional parking is needed, the Barnworks carpark is a short walk away.

The 19th is situated in the middle of the peaceful resort, the accommodation is arranged over 2 floors, with the light and airy living area upstairs and the 3 bedrooms and main bathroom are on the ground floor. There is a large kitchen dining room upstairs with bi-folding doors out onto the balcony, perfect for alfresco dining - when the weather permits! The hot tub and the sauna are located on the veranda downstairs with an area to sit and enjoy the fresh air. There are two parking spaces infront of the lodge and if additional parking is needed, The Barnworks carpark is a short walk away.
Caldecott Hall is a 400 acre estate nestled in the beautiful Norfolk countryside. Onsite is an 18 hole golf course and a pitch and putt course. The Barnworks which houses an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room.
Redwings Horse and Donkey sanctuary is located at the entrance of the resort, which also has a gift shop and cafe onsite (do check opening times as they do vary throughout the year)
Barn One is the onsite clubhouse with a bar and restaurant. It serves food and drink 7 days a week. Over the summer there is live music and entertainment every weekend.
Every Sunday they do the most amazing carvery - you will need to book, they do get very busy.
Please do check the opening hours as these do change throughout the year - although it is always open 7 days a week, the hours do vary.
With the onsite facilities, you can choose to just stay onsite and relax for a few days.
Or if you are looking for more of a fun packed few days, there is so much to do within a short drive of the development. There really is something for everyone, some beautiful scenery, the fun of the fair at Great Yarmouth or Pleasurewood Hills. Or a stroll around a historic Cathedral city. Then back to the lodge for a well needed relax in the hot tub.
